You Need the SECOND Most Popular Julia Child Cookbook




Mastering the Art of French Cooking is one of my most loved vintage cookbooks on my shelf. It revolutionized the way Americans thought about home cooking. However, in 1989, Julia Child published another book that was also geared toward teaching French cooking, with a different arrangement. The Way to Cook is arranged around master recipes, that allow you to build techniques and knowledge step by step.


It's not in print any more, but if you find a used copy, it's worth it.
