Critters

We live surrounded by woods, and so there are a lot of critters that drop in for a visit. One of the things I love about snow is that it's a good time to see what creatures have been scrambling about. This morning, it was these tracks: there were a pair of them hopping from the woods across our driveway. Squirrels, I think. Probably heading toward their stash to eat a good breakfast to prepare them for the day of teasing my dogs through the window.
