100 Things: A list of 100 things to get you out of a rut

I created a list of 100 things that will get me out of myself- stretch my imagination, make me think in a new way. I thought you might like the list too, so I included it here for you.


The 100 things are not meant to be done in any order, or necessarily be completed. It's just a list to pull from whenever I feel like I'm in a rut, and want something new to try.

Pick one thing to clean that you don’t normally clean.

Try a new recipe.

Walk or drive down a street you have never been.

Read a poem. Read it several times.

Read a Shakespearean sonnet out loud.

Put on some music and dance.
